There are 4 items that I’m taking. The Barley is the only one that leaves a gritty consistency. I am still trying to figure out what results to look for. I drive for a living. Over 155000 miles last year and close to 70000 already this year. My energy levels are still low not losing weight. Not sure what to expect. I was suffering from an enlarged prostate. I was up 3 to 4 times a night to use the bathroom. It’s a product that reversed a major problem I had at the time with my prostate My Dr was preparing me for a major surgery process at the time. I really can't tell what's doing what I take so many of Boomer products I take premium probiotics,lignans, turmeric barley boose and several others all I know is how good I feel since I been taking Boomers products.
There is no telling what Lignans are doing for me. I hope they affect healing of prostate cancer, but I haven't any evidence of that.
