I didn’t know how bad I was feeling until I started feeling so great. I began consuming the "Starter Kit" elements nine days ago, although I did not use the probiotic powder because I was taking antibiotics until this afternoon. The barley and the Boomer Boost mix well in the little mixer cup, and I drink that, rinse with good water, and drink the rinse fluid too, along with consuming my regular vitamin and mineral regimen in the morning. I'll start the probiotic powder tomorrow, as my gut will no longer have a bacteriocidal dose in there, and I can augment my gut flora to provide for better digestion.
