I take my collagen from boomers on a daily basis along with my Boomer boost, my D3, my magnesium zinc. Also the barley I take the barley daily. I take as many as your products as I can to be as healthy it does show in my annual blood work from my doctor I feel great I do swimming. I do walking up in the celery fields and Sarasota it’s next to the cat habitat. It’s kind of fun to be up top on this huge hill cause you can see everything you can hear the cats in the bears roaring and there’s a lot of wildlife you can see from up on top of the hill. It’s a nice walk. They also have a bird sanctuary so probably if I didn’t take Boomer booze Products I probably wouldn’t be up on top of the celery field in Sarasota love you’re Products. Collagen peptides- It's an Awesome skin and joint combo when used with the heirloom barley and vitamin c! I used to have intense knee joint problems where I could hear my knee joints rubbing when i did anything strenuous, even walking. I'm not consistent when it comes to my smoothies & supplements and I have notice change for the better w/my nails, even with just 3 days a week and when I'm better about it, 4 out 7 days ain't bad! I brought this product before but I didn’t use it right away. I suffer from bad indigestion. I took over the counter medication and it didn’t help. Between the Collagen Peptides and the Resveratrol Advanced Blend combination I take My kneecap pain is gone. I had injured my kneecap in a stretching exercise.
