Magnesium is important to me in that I am still working 8 hours per day in retail, standing on concrete. I take two capsules around 8:00PM to prevent leg cramps while asleep and to give me a fast and sound sleep. By the way did I mention that I am 78 years young love Boomers

I have been using Magnesium & Zinc for about a month now. I am seeing good results in my Blood sugar. Before taking it, it was hard to keep my blood sugar in control. Now I am reducing my insulin and it is in better control. That is only on 2 pills a day. I am slowly moving up to the 4 pills that are recommended and I think I will see better results. I have tried other supplements and they did nothing to help. I would recommend this to anyone with Type 2 diabetes to try.

The product is amazing when taken daily it helped not only me but my patents go from Borderline diabetes too not. It actually lowered our A1C by points....amazing

You do not get the daily magnesium required vitamins in the food we eat. Magnesium is very beneficial to our health. I feel better when I take it and can tell a big difference when I do not. I recommend to everyone unless your physician tells you otherwise.

I like this suppliment. I take at around 8 after dinner and really feel relaxed. Aplis I feel it helped my migraine settle a bit. Also love that it includes Zinc Rabbia

I must say that no one could across your health products you have and come out with they will never come close to figure yours.unless you someone under cover spying with in.thanks for great products been taken over a year yes I have nerve damage knowing it's getting better it will finally end.that I can get off my walker after 10 years of the thing that I call it

Much better sleep
I really like my Boomer products. They are helping me to keep going and get over any 'down time' I may be going through. I am grateful that they can come automatically every month so I don't run out. That is a big help.
Definitely a more restful prolonged deep sleep. Muscles around the hip joints have noticeably less tension. Left hip replaced 2013. Right hip osteoarthritis ate the cartilage away and the bones have fused together. Boomer products are providing the desired results.
Have started taken night time formula,can't believe how much better I'm sleeping,deeper ,longer and no morning drowsyness,highly recommend to, those having sleep issues.
I like this product very much. I plan to continue receiving it every month as I feel it helps keep my magnesium and zink in line with what I need to stay healthy.

To find a trusted source for supplements can be difficult these days so I am pleased to find magnesium here and with zinc as well. That’s what I needed!
I am unable to tolerate this type of magnesium. (Magnesium Citrate) It gives me Terrible Diarrhea. I have been taking Magnesium (Chelate - Malate) with no issue But I ran out and wanted to try the BOOMER line so I bought 6 bottles on the latest sale, and I cannot tolerate it. Very frustrated.
