I had a severe case of contact dermatitis and if you read melatonin if you take melatonin for an extended period of time can cause itching where is Boomer product has a small amount of melatonin but I can take it very comfortably and get a good night's sleep Great product all natural love it not to mention gladiator barley lets me golf and I am a 200 average bowler and I will be turning 70 years old this month
